Talia

Talia for Coaches

A coach’s advice shows up when the student needs it.

Coaches see a student once a week. The hard moments happen on the other six days. Talia shows a coach what happened in between, and brings the coach’s suggestions back to the student at the moment they apply.

The questions it answers for a coach

  • What happened since our last session?
  • Which of my suggestions are getting used?
  • Where does this student need me this week?

How it works

The plan lives between sessions, not just in them.

  1. The family or student brings the coach in

Nothing is shared until they choose to. Under 18, parents decide. At 18, the student does.

  2. The coach adds suggestions

After a session, the coach puts in the strategies they talked about: a timer for reading, a check-in before big deadlines.

  3. Talia brings each one back when it applies

Not on a schedule. When the reading log is open, or the essay is two days out. Always as an offer the student can say no to.

  4. The coach walks in prepared

Before the next session, the coach sees what the student or family chose to share about the week.

Who it’s for

Anyone who coaches a student, at any stage.

  • Executive function coaches
  • Tutors
  • School counselors and advisors
  • Student success coaches in college

Works alongside TaliaHS, Talia College and Talia University.

What stays private

A coach sees what the family or student chooses to share.

Nothing else. The student’s conversations with Talia stay theirs. The coach gets enough to walk in prepared, not a window into the student’s head.
